Been out and about this weekend and last, attending estate sales and garage sales. Found so many unique items that I just had to share those with you.
I picked up these botanical prints yesterday at a garage sale in Dallas. They are by Emily Whilton Herbarium.
Another great find was this fun cookbook! This is right up my alley……for someone who doesn’t like to cook. Peg Bracken was an American author of humerous books on cooking, housekeeping, etiquette and travel. This cookbook was published in 1960.
Recently, I have been running across porcelain face dolls at many of the sales I’ve been too. I found this precious one last weekend and it is also plays music. It is one of my favorites so far. When you wind it up, it plays the song Memories. I’m not sure who makes it, but it just beautiful!
Thanks for stopping by! A lot of my thrifting treasures end up in my booth at the Cottonwood Market in Richardson, TX. Be sure and stop by sometime. I’m located at booths, 609, 614 and 615.
